A little bit about Bierhaus

They say the best things in life come in pairs – rum and Coke, the Olsen Twins, Kate Upton’s twins and of course, something every pub-enthusiast would agree upon, pork and beer! And with that in mind, (and with the rejection by the Olsen Twins and Kate Upton), we at The Bierhaus have decided to make that our speciality. Enjoy a splendid menu consisting of culinary creations using a variety of pork products and a selection of 18 types of imported beers (including Paulaner) complemented with our interior’s warm, convivial ambience with dark wooden tables, classic island bar as well as a Beer Garden designed with a comfortable conservatory-style opaque roof – easily the preferred section of the pub, especially on a rainy day!

Innovation flows in our cuisine, with some of our creations being beer infused Pork Ribs with a side of Guinness sauce, Pork Knuckle Salad and pan-seared Black Cod Fish with teriyaki sauce.

Another one of our signature dishes that keep regulars coming back is our Crispy Pork Knuckle prepared in a traditional German recipe into a delectable combination or crispy skin and juicy meat. This chunk of sizzling roast is served with a side of tangy sauerkraut and mash complimented with mustard and apple sauce. Not forgetting, our range of juicy pork sausages that serves as a fix for meat lovers!

Got a sweet-tooth? Indulge in our smooth Chocolate Mousse and Blueberry Cheesecake. The smooth creamy texture of our desserts, leaves a sweet ending to a memorable meal.

The artisan behind the scenes is our Executive Chef Moretto Fabrizio who eagerly anticipates his next meat innovation as he steps foot in for work. Fabrizio who has lived in Malaysia for 15 years, started his culinary journey with Italian cuisine and has decided to go the Deutscheland way!
